We are a team of strategy and M&A consultants who firmly believe that industrial companies have a key role to play in shaping a new and more sustainable world.
Transformations ahead require more than incantatory speeches or corporate guidelines; it requires technical solutions, industrial know-how, it needs coupling innovation with long lasting industrial expertise.
Energy transition, circular economy, decarbonization, green infrastructure, adaptation and resilience… What is your role in supporting these transformations?
« What is our unique role in forging this emerging reality? What are the transformation axes that would benefit the most from our expertise? Are we investing sufficiently in these corresponding strengths? What steps are necessary to pivot our business towards these emerging opportunities? »
We implement a 3-steps methodology with our customers:
1
Define your blue ocean strategy
Unfolding your unique strengths, assessing the transformation axes that hold the greatest potential for benefiting from your expertise, and redefining your raison d'être – your fundamental purpose and reason for existence – will lead you to define your blue ocean strategy. It will create a robust framework for directing your resources and efforts towards meaningful changes.
2
Pivot through M&A and partnerships
Acquisitions and partnerships may be instrumental in bridging certain product, solution, technology, or geographical gaps. Our comprehensive 360 M&A process involves working with our customers in evaluating these gaps, managing the full M&A journey – market screening, engagement with selected targets, negotiation, closing – and ensuring seamless post-merger integration.
3
Forge a solid execution plan
Successful implementation is pivotal. Strategy only provides a direction; value holds in transforming a direction into a methodical and structured execution plan. This execution plan will involve a reassessment of each product line profitability and alignment with core objectives, a realignment of the organization to propel the chosen products and business developments, and the reallocation of resources to bolster the pivoting strategy.

Our mission is to guide industrial companies in recognizing their pivotal role in shaping a more sustainable world.
The path to a more sustainable world is already unfolding, reshaping our perceptions and thoughts about the world we inhabit. While significant changes are already evident, we stand at the beginning of a transformation that will span multiple decades. The way we produce goods, use energy, and consume will continue to evolve dramatically.
At Blueforge, we strongly believe that every industrial company, engineer, technician has a specific role to play in this transformation. Understanding this unique role will pave the way for decades of positive impact and business opportunities.
Transformation is not only about the application of mere Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) guidelines; it necessitates adapting each industrial company’s strategy to foster its contribution. It goes beyond rhetorical speeches about energy, carbon emissions, or climate change; it is about a crystal-clear understanding of how our teams, our expertise, our know-how, our products and solutions can be aligned to drive and support these transformations.
Deep transformation involves understanding and harnessing of our respective strengths to build a promising world for future generations.
